Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable Oracle Fusion configuration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Science (or equivalent work experience).
- Mastery of at least one area of expertise across Oracle HCM.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration, including design and scoping of deliverables.
- Advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in data integration with enterprise applications.
- Ability to perform and drive resolution of complex problems.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Oracle Certification and Training.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational stability and enhancements of Oracle HCM, including payroll, time and labor, and compensation.
- Configure project solutions ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic vision and architectural principles.
- Perform the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Drive resolution of problems related to interactions of Oracle products.
- Manage projects and facilitate team interactions while employing sound change management principles.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to determine project options and reach consensus on decisions.
