Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong proficiency in business process analysis and solution design.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating complex business requirements.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a shared delivery model alongside administrators and engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Design scalable system solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, and support technologies.
- Partner with the Salesforce Administrator and engineering teams to scope and validate integrations and configuration changes.
- Coordinate business systems initiatives through project planning, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
- Ensure data integrity and support high-quality reporting and analytics across the GTM ecosystem.
- Establish documentation standards and advocate for best practices in systems design and governance.
