Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Ability to navigate competing stakeholder priorities and resolve cross-team conflicts.
- Strong written communication skills with experience documenting decisions and processes.
- Proven organizational skills for managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile sprint management using Jira.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Translate complex business needs into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Resolve competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope and timelines.
- Document business processes, identify automation opportunities, and manage the full UAT lifecycle.
- Manage the Jira backlog, run sprint planning and daily standups, and handle production release communication.
- Triage and route inbound Salesforce support requests via Slack.
