Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Operations, Salesforce-adjacent, or similar role.
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements workshops.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to resolve cross-functional conflicts.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting decisions and processes.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Agile sprint management and Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document business decisions and translate needs into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment to clarify trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and manage scope.
- Maintain visibility into sprint commitments and communicate changes to delivery schedules.
- Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
- Own the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing lifecycle, including test scripts and defect triaging.
- Manage the Jira backlog and support Agile delivery through sprint planning and daily standups.
- Triage incoming Salesforce support requests and maintain communication through resolution.
