Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience modeling them.
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries and performing joins and aggregations.
- Basic Python programming skills.
- Understanding of database fundamentals.
- Ability to work with metrics and monitor process quality.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience working across teams.
- B2 or higher English level for international collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Describe and develop processes for collecting, processing, and using customer personal data.
- Support new product launches by ensuring correct personal data collection and regulatory compliance.
- Collect and document requirements from product and compliance teams for system implementation.
- Build and maintain business processes for new product launches.
- Set up and develop data quality metrics (DQC) and monitor them regularly.
- Verify correct master data transfer between systems and investigate discrepancies.
- Contribute to rules for deduplication, merging, identification, and version management.
- Analyze current processes for handling personal data, including validation and normalization.
- Prepare documentation and artifacts using BPMN, UML, and data flow diagrams.
- Coordinate communication between product teams, Compliance, KYC, and Origination.
