Requirements

- Adept in working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure.
- Experience in any project management methodologies and software development processes.
- Proficient in data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and current-state processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Govern requirements to ensure they remain current, aligned, and consistent at all levels.
- Map business processes, data flows, and source-to-target or source-to-report relationships.
- Define KPI measures, formulas, dimensions, filters, exception rules, and data-quality rules.
- Document and maintain data catalogs, business glossaries, and metadata.
- Advise clients and stakeholders on optimal solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Coordinate user participation in testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
