Requirements
- 8–16 years of experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce consulting, or CRM transformation.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Practical experience using JIRA for backlog, requirements, and sprint management.
- Excellent requirements elicitation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable requirements for development teams.
- Solid understanding of sales management, lead management, and service operations processes.
- Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant) are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate objectives into clear Salesforce requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
- Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using JIRA.
- Support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
