Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analyst or functional consulting roles.
- Strong experience with OneSource, Vertex, or Avalara tax engines.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite tax configuration.
- Experience implementing e-invoicing mandates using platforms like Pagero or Basware.
- Understanding of US sales and use tax, VAT, and GST.
- Expertise in e-invoicing, clearance models, and post-audit regimes.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Interest in AI-driven tax automation and emerging finance technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Tax, Controllership, and Finance teams to gather business requirements and oversee end-to-end implementation designs.
- Design and support tax structures and calculation processes within Oracle Cloud Fusion and related tax engines.
- Lead testing activities including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-launch hypercare.
- Monitor global e-invoicing and tax regulations to coordinate timely system implementations.
- Manage tax reporting and analytics requirements, including dashboard design and reconciliation.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to improve tax process efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve system issues and support Agile delivery practices.
