Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, software quality engineering, or test automation.
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience, specifically with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience developing risk-based test plans, test cases, and traceability approaches.
- Proficiency testing REST/SOAP or IntegrationHub integrations and workflow/catalog capabilities.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow release and change-management processes.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills for translating requirements into testable scenarios.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
- ServiceNow CSA certification and ATF-related training strongly preferred.
- Experience with ISTQB or other testing certifications is a plus.
- Federal consulting or financial-regulatory experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, process flows, and user stories for ServiceNow enhancements.
- Maintain epics, features, and release artifacts within ServiceNow SPM/Agile.
- Own the platform-level test strategy, regression baseline, and release evidence documentation.
- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites for critical workflows and integrations.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and performance test scenarios.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect remediation cycles.
- Validate upgrade and patch readiness through regression testing and post-change analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive release evidence to support governance and go/no-go decisions.
