At least 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow customers.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Demonstrated relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting organizational change management and technology transformation.
Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
Experience working with both Agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with basic ServiceNow platform administration.
Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and ServiceNow best practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality project delivery.
Comfortable collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather, clarify, and document actionable business requirements.
Coordinate and support client workshops, demonstrations, testing activities, and project iterations.
Advocate for solution quality, effective organizational change management, and ServiceNow best practices.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring requirements remain clear and accessible.
Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, operational needs, and implemented ServiceNow solutions.
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate repetitive activities, and improve process efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with virtual teams and maintain strong client relationships.
