Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting or professional services environment in a Business Analyst role.
- Proven ability to independently drive client-facing meetings including discovery sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Strong client management skills and ability to establish new client relationships.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, data model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills for validating requirements and surfacing risks.
- Experience translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Comfort with AI tools and willingness to adopt firm-approved technologies like Amazon Q.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel for client and team engagements as needed.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with clients to translate complex business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Act as the key liaison between developers, Salesforce configurators, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while defining clear acceptance criteria.
- Support system integrations by identifying business needs and facilitating team collaboration.
- Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
- Evaluate and escalate project issues, risks, or conflicts proactively.
