Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment.
- At least three of the five years of experience must be in a healthcare analysis environment.
- Epic Cadence Certification.
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading committees, projects, and activities.
- Ability to apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to the technical discipline.
- Experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems.
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance through technology and maximize Capacity Management goals.
- Analyze trends, volumes, issues, and patterns to develop models, forecasts, and recommendations for future demand.
- Assist with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and project teams to identify and resolve issues across all project phases.
- Provide reports and assessments to Capacity Management Leadership.
- Provide leadership on project tasks and mentor other project analysts as needed.
- Provide ongoing support of Capacity Management systems to ensure production functionality and effectiveness.
