Requirements
- Approximately 5–8 years of experience in operations, facilities or estate-management systems, business applications, or technology implementation.
- Hands-on experience supporting or implementing maintenance or enterprise business applications.
- Working knowledge of Yardi Facilities Manager (FM), Yardi Maintenance IQ (MIQ), and Direct Supply TELS.
- Experience owning or making significant individual contributions to application workstreams.
- Strong business analysis and process-design skills across work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and unit turns.
- Strong project delivery capabilities, including planning, risk management, and Agile practices.
- Experience supporting go-live activities, operational readiness, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent priorities and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience delivering system changes within a SOX environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned application workstreams and deliverables, managing priorities, plans, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Coordinate work packages, timelines, and delivery quality across business analysts, operators, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, capture business needs, document requirements, and define solution approaches.
- Work with business users, vendors, and IT to clarify scope, integrations, and resolve issues.
- Apply knowledge of Yardi FM and Yardi Maintenance IQ to support design, configuration, and testing.
- Plan and execute UAT activities including test scenarios and business validation.
- Support operational readiness through training, SOPs, and deployment.
