Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Ph.D., PharmD, MD, or MSc in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, or related field) preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in market access and pricing, including significant global or major-market responsibility.
  • Strong experience in pricing and reimbursement of oncology products.
  • Deep understanding of global payer systems and HTA processes across Europe (e.g., NICE, G-BA/AMNOG), Japan, and the United States.
  • Experience designing and implementing global pricing strategy, including value-based pricing, launch sequencing, and reference pricing.
  • Experience with pricing regulations and early pricing analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to support clinical development to satisfy payer/HTA evidence needs.
  • Experience engaging HTA and payer organizations in early advice.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive implementation of global value, access, and pricing strategies for assigned NSCLC assets and indications.
  • Lead development of the global value story and payer evidence requirements in partnership with HEOR.
  • Assess competitive dynamics, including line-of-therapy positioning and reimbursement implications of combination therapies.
  • Lead cross-functional EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) readiness activities.
  • Partner with regional teams on local pricing, reimbursement, and negotiation readiness.
  • Provide market access input into clinical development programs to optimize endpoints and evidence packages.
