- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining 2+ years at a reputable investment bank, corporate development group, or private equity firm with 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A

Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
- Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, and scenario analysis.
- Working command of accounting concepts and GAAP.
- Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses.
- Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives for executive audiences.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and prioritize impactful analysis.
- Strong ownership mindset and experience building processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own Jerry’s driver-based operating model for the base business and new product lines.
- Run the annual budget and long-range planning process end to end.
- Manage monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and conduct variance analysis.
- Translate financial results into clear business narratives for leadership and investors.
- Lead monthly business reviews to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Support the evaluation and rollout of new financial planning systems.
- Build financial models to size markets and evaluate the economics of new products, channels, and partnerships.
- Monitor unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin.
- Support corporate development workstreams, including diligence and transaction analysis.
- Conduct business case analysis for vendor spend and procurement.
