Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, FP&A or comparable analytical roles.
- Demonstrated strength in financial modeling, including building models from scratch, stress-testing assumptions, and communicating outputs clearly.
- Experience working on special projects or cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Has built at least one reusable prompt workflow for a recurring finance deliverable.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or equivalent.
- Comfort with AI tools and workflow automation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead ad hoc strategic work including M&A screening, new market evaluation, pricing strategy, and new product launches.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform go-to-market and product strategy.
- Evaluate strategic partnerships and commercial deal structures, assessing financial impact and trade-offs.
- Support build vs. buy vs. partner decisions with rigorous financial and strategic frameworks.
- Build and own long-range financial models that forecast multi-year revenue across various investment scenarios.
- Own the analytical layer behind the GTM motion including CAC, sales efficiency, and funnel conversion analytics.
- Build and maintain customer economics frameworks including LTV:CAC, retention, churn drivers, and cohort analysis.
- Develop strategic materials for the Board of Directors and investors, translating complex operational data into clear narratives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, investment briefs, and strategic summaries.
