Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic, analytical, and finance roles.
- Established knowledge of financial concepts, with background in cash management and nonprofit restricted funds.
- Elite proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, specifically Google Sheets and Excel.
- Proven ability to own and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Systems and tooling adaptability with demonstrated ability to leverage AI for workflow efficiencies.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Rigorously detail-oriented approach to financial modeling and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Translate revenue projections into deployable cash and partner with Water Programs to set the grantable water expense envelope.
- Balance donor restrictions with inventory capacity at the portfolio level, surfacing and addressing risks.
- Build and maintain a multi-year deploy model for pitch options with Revenue stakeholders.
- Manage twice-yearly cross-functional efforts to complete the allocation of funds to water projects.
- Monitor organizational cash flow and execute strategic timing of fund liquidation.
- Own tracking, projecting, and reporting for organizational operational reserves.
- Build and maintain a multi-year investment and liquidity model to inform investment strategy.
