Job Details

Extensive practical experience applying product design principles.
Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma.
Strong background in information architecture and mapping complex systems and business processes.
Deep understanding of interface design, including visual and interactive design in dynamic contexts.
Comfort with product analytics and A/B or multivariate testing.
Experience working in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
Ability to work effectively in both asynchronous and synchronous modes.
Systems thinking mindset with a passion for improving user productivity.
Knowledge of B2B and Enterprise customer needs (preferred).
Familiarity with the AI tooling landscape (preferred).
Understanding of developer experience, APIs, and common developer tools (preferred).
Proven success in a scale-up environment (preferred).
Experience with inclusive design and accessibility standards, specifically AA (preferred).

Identify and solve problems through thoughtful discovery, definition, and design.
Think strategically to shape the product and ensure design decisions align with the bigger picture.
Define, monitor, and improve product experience for Prolific users.
Contribute to the design system and evolve processes to enable faster, more consistent design delivery.
Drive a culture of experimentation using data-informed design and rapid prototyping.
Build deep understanding of user motivations through workshops, research, and feedback loops.
Create flows, user journeys, and mental models to help users achieve their goals.
Produce service maps, wireframes, and prototypes to inspire clarity and collaboration.
Test and evaluate prototypes for usability, value, and feasibility.
Collaborate across disciplines to co-create design solutions and roll-out strategies.
