Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual craft.
- Proven experience shipping technical products and deep understanding of their mechanics.
- Experience using coding agents and experimenting with new workflows.
- Proficiency building prototypes and production UI in React.
- Ability to work within existing design patterns and balance scope against business needs.
- Capacity to provide recommendations, seek early feedback, and iterate based on new data.
- Strong technical communication skills, both written and visual.
Responsibilities
- Design every detail of a product experience from initial concept to user flow to pixels.
- Understand the algorithms, policies, and prior art that underpin design.
- Research how customers work, then weigh the findings against business priorities to decide what to build.
- Verify implementation quality, including interaction behavior, accessibility, copy, and edge cases.
- Build durable design systems with components, tokens, and guidelines for engineers and agents.
- Develop agent skills and harnesses that encode design decisions.
- Work with Marketing on visuals and content for the features you've shipped.
