Requirements
- University degree in science or engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in business analysis or solution consultancy.
- Experience in speech technologies, Conversational AI, or conversation design.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience with process and solution design tools.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies.
- Strong can-do attitude and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- SQL and API experience (preferred).
- Knowledge or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI (preferred).
- Effective presentation skills (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Learn and become an expert in Sestek’s Conversational Agentic AI solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and design best-fit solutions using Sestek products.
- Work closely with customers’ business and technical teams.
- Provide consultancy, training, and best practice guidance for Sestek solutions.
- Support customers in designing and improving AI assistant conversations and user experiences.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
- Assist with critical customer requests and issue escalations.
- Report customer feedback, product demands, and improvement opportunities to internal teams.
