Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in renewal, customer success, or subscription revenue operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven track record of conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of business problems.
- Strong experience presenting findings and business cases to senior executives.
- Advanced financial modeling capability in Excel, including multi-year business cases and margin analysis.
- Experience designing and pricing configured operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to hold a solution through negotiation and translate design into contract terms.
- Ability to drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for team meetings, diagnostic interviews, and executive readouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Atlas Renewals Diagnostic end-to-end including executive sponsorship, system walkthroughs, and executive readouts.
- Convert diagnostic findings into a target service design balancing autonomous and human renewal actions.
- Author detailed business cases with parity and partnership scenarios and cost-to-serve models.
- Work with Deal Desk and Finance to set pricing, structure, and margins while maintaining a defined responsibility matrix.
- Hold solution integrity through commercial negotiations and map design intent to contract terms.
- Assemble and transfer the final delivery handoff package to the Delivery and Solutions Architect teams.
- Re-validate designs against live performance and contribute to internal diagnostic methodologies and asset libraries.
