Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of accounting technician experience in public practice, public sector, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power User).
- Ability to effectively use the entire MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with Workiva and Wdata.
- 2+ years of experience building custom CaseView documents.
- Capacity to solve complex challenges within defined frameworks and timelines.
- Proven ability to learn and master new technology.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Private home office with high-speed internet to ensure confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Create project documents and templates for client projects.
- Perform document review and prepare examples including structure, data, and formats.
- Build complex spreadsheets utilizing formulas, linking, and data validation.
- Create and link cashflow worksheets.
- Conduct branding consistency checks.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries and perform reconciliations.
- Complete tasks for client engagements with high focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
