Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technical consulting, or a closely related discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, SQL, or comparable data and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendors against contractual agreements and service-level requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with large datasets.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in making technical and operational decisions.
- Experience supporting Treasury systems, ERP Treasury functionality, or banking portals is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of cash management, bank connectivity, payment files, and financial reporting is preferred.
- Ability to provide 24x7 global production support when required.
Responsibilities
- Develop business and application architecture strategies aligned with organizational processes.
- Serve as a strategic systems advisor to bridge business objectives with technical architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement application integrations.
- Lead requirements gathering, architectural reviews, and go/no-go decisions for large software implementations.
- Manage and oversee vendors against contractual requirements and service levels.
- Provide hands-on guidance to teams for troubleshooting business-critical issues.
- Perform continuous analysis of system performance and develop strategic recommendations.
- Support production environments, including 24x7 global on-call coverage when required.
