Requirements
- Highly organised and thrive on keeping many moving parts in order i.e tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Sharp eye for detail across invoices, contracts, trackers and records
- Proactive and self-starting, with the ability to chase things down
- Curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lending
- Exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support the sourcing, onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data
- Maintain Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data and products we hold, what we're contracted for, and how each is used
- Track and reconcile spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surface cost-optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
- Help test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and write up findings for the squad to evaluate further
- Own end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams, and deputise for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
- Lead discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shape supplier strategy in your area
