Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and account management.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading accounts through a change management process.
- Understanding of SMEs and the role of trusted advisors and professional service firms.
- Knowledge of commercial finance and Invoice Finance brokers.
- Experience working in the Invoice Finance industry or commercial finance.
- Evidence of strong sales and account management performance in similar roles.
- Ability to deliver a strong customer experience and generate revenue opportunities while considering risk and reputation.
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for in-person and online meetings, webinars, and events.
- Portfolio management, CRM management, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Map and prioritise a portfolio of commercial finance introducers and assess their current and potential Invoice Finance volume.
- Build credibility with priority firms and manage introducer relationships day to day.
- Review, qualify, and progress Invoice Finance applications from initial enquiry through completion.
- Align opportunities with the appropriate introducer and product route.
- Act as the point of contact for complex enquiries from onboarded introducers.
- Work with Credit and Operations to understand and support the application process.
- Track portfolio progress and lending applications using CRM discipline.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide introducers with knowledge packs, marketing support, and joint initiatives.
- Attend events and webinars.
