Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an account and relationship manager in a customer-facing role.
  • SaaS/B2B experience is ideal.
  • Experience handling contractual negotiations, reconciliations, and revisions is preferred.
  • Exposure to digital transformation using SaaS solutions and services.
  • Commercial decision-making understanding and judgment.
  • Ability to understand assigned clients and their evolving business needs and strategies.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to take a collaborative approach to relationship building and sales-related tasks.
  • Knowledge of the UK's education and business landscape is preferred.
  • Ability to learn risr/ products and services and translate customer challenges into value-based solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to develop commercial, technical, and creative solutions with team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple customers proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall health, strategy, and development of assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for matters beyond day-to-day support.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate risr/ solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations with relevant team members.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including relationship milestones, renewal timelines, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Report transparently on customer health and account status.
  • Represent customer needs in product and service improvement and development activities.
