Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and transformation.
- Proficiency in dbt for data modeling and warehouse maintenance.
- Intermediate experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Active, daily user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for coding and analysis.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect analysis to product and financial outcomes.
- Proven experience building analytical models that directly influence product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to serve as a trusted thought partner.
- Must be able to provide an English language resume.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed environment.
- Must manage time to overlap with US-based stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multivariate models for retention, service metrics, and system optimization.
- Design, build, and document trusted reporting dashboards and datasets.
- Transform raw data into clean, documented structures using dbt and SQL.
- Partner with product managers and researchers to define priorities and drive business decisions.
- Foster a data-driven culture through improved self-serve analytics and documentation.
- Identify and untangle conflicting metrics to provide a single, reliable source of truth.
