Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship-driven role (e.g., campus programs, student organizations, field marketing, community building, or admissions).
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with student organizations and chapter leadership.
- Strong track record of high-volume outreach and follow-up persistence.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region, including some weekends for conferences.
- Comfort and effectiveness in speaking with students about financial topics.
- High level of self-organization for managing event calendars, meetings, and outreach.
- Ability to work effectively in a mostly unsupervised, remote capacity.
- Experience with graduate programs is considered a bonus.
- Scrappy and hands-on approach to logistics such as event planning, catering, and materials preparation.
- Experience working with systems and process-oriented approaches to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build school-level relationships with chapter presidents, student government leaders, and class representatives.
- Book and facilitate campus vendor fairs, lunch and learns, and virtual student sessions.
- Attend district, regional, and national student organization conferences across the US.
- Interview, onboard, and manage a network of student ambassadors within the territory.
- Conduct high-volume, one-to-one meetings with students regarding loan offerings.
- Provide regular field feedback on school deadlines and student pain points to the internal team.
