Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment.
- College degree or equivalent years of applicable manager experience.
- Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space.
- Preferably experience working with or for a health plan.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to build scalable processes.
- Experience working with customers and implementing digital products or services.
- Experience coordinating with health plans.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems in a highly collaborative manner.
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of Payer Integration Managers to complete health plan integrations and provide strategic support.
- Act as a cross-functional Subject-Matter expert for the Health Plan Integration (HPI) product.
- Support partnerships related to HPI work, including business development and product design.
- Participate in Sales conversations to support and qualify product implementation.
- Provide consultation related to payer integration and billing for future products and services.
- Identify trends in member concerns through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Assist the product team with documentation and launches related to HPI.
- Develop relationships with key contacts at health plans to facilitate integrations.
