Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with executive-level communication (written and verbal).
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, or analytical problem solving.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Value-Based Care (VBC) contracts across all patient types.
- Strong healthcare analytical skills.
- Ability to complete approximately 20–25% annual regional travel for multi-day visits.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel/sheets for data visualization.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, health technology, or IT preferred; 8 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives.
- Manage account performance across financial, quality, clinical, and population health domains.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor practice performance against strategic objectives.
- Train physicians and office staff on VBC processes, technologies, and curriculum.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop executive-facing presentations and performance reports.
- Advise leadership by surfacing root causes of issues affecting practice performance.
