Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role at a fast-moving tech company.
- Hands-on experience managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation.
- Strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Experience supporting a remote team and utilizing tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recurring operational processes with high attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness and ability to research complex, unfamiliar People Operations challenges.
- Experience with Employers of Record (EORs) or employees across multiple countries is preferred.
- Familiarity with immigration or global mobility is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with asynchronous formats.
- High ownership and comfort working in ambiguous environments without established playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and first-line support.
- Manage employee data integrity across HRIS, People systems, and internal documentation.
- Partner with EOR providers and external experts on global employment, immigration, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate recurring People programs such as new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes.
- Maintain and update People documentation and internal playbooks.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to simplify workflows and reduce manual coordination.
- Research requirements for hiring in new countries to inform organizational growth decisions.
