Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
- Experience in complex solution architecture across multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Proven ability to lead technical discovery, architectural whiteboarding, and solution design.
- Deep familiarity with modern data ecosystems including cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs.
- Ability to navigate customer data architecture confidently.
- Proven ability to build technical champions and influence committees across engineering and marketing.
- Experience in competitive enterprise sales motions.
- Intellectual curiosity, ambition, and humility.
- Team-first orientation and commitment to shared processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to deeply understand a customer’s data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions spanning Hightouch’s Customer Studio, Identity Resolution, Match Booster, and Agentic Marketing Platform.
- Run proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end including scoping, execution, and validation.
- Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
- Navigate complex buying committees and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical advisor for AI workflows, data activation, and decisioning capabilities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy for AI products.
