Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business systems engineering, enterprise applications, or platform administration.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and administering Jira and Atlassian products.
- Experience supporting product management, engineering delivery, or enterprise work-management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to configure workflows, schemas, fields, permissions, automations, and dashboards.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, roadmaps, epics, sprints, and capacity planning.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, data migrations, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong project management skills including stakeholder coordination and change management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional leadership (Product, Engineering, TPM, Finance).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner for Jira, Aha!, and related product and project management platforms.
- Manage platform configuration, administration, permissions, security, integrations, and maintenance.
- Design and maintain scalable workflows, schemas, automations, and reporting structures.
- Translate business requirements from Product, Engineering, and Finance teams into practical system configurations.
- Build and maintain integrations between Jira, Aha!, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab, Slack, and BI tools using APIs and webhooks.
- Establish data governance standards to improve roadmap, delivery, and capacity reporting accuracy.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and support processes for internal users.
