Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field.
- 4+ years of experience with financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Prior experience with e-commerce sales platforms like Shopify and Amazon (preferred).
- Ability to operate independently with strong communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English (written, reading, and speaking).
- Access to a laptop/desktop with a reliable and fast internet connection.
- Ability to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day).
- Previous experience working the overnight shift.
Responsibilities
- Build dynamic financial models that connect revenue drivers, margin levers, and cash flow needs across all channels.
- Update weekly and monthly reporting across sales, margin, and cash flow performance.
- Track and summarize key KPIs that measure scaling efficiency.
- Maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast with full visibility into inflows and outflows.
- Monitor inventory, payables, and receivables to improve cash flow.
- Support cost optimization, pricing strategy, and capital allocation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop financial models for new product launches, pricing, and promotions.
