Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including experience developing dynamic forecasting models.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to automate analysis, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
- Strong analytical curiosity and the ability to work effectively through ambiguity and evolving business priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analyses into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to connect financial performance with broader operational drivers.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build effective relationships across Finance, Accounting, R&D, G&A, Operations, and other business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own key components of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models that improve visibility into business performance and support investment and strategic decisions.
- Analyze monthly financial results, identify key business drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between actual results, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Improve and automate financial planning workflows using AI tools, modern financial technology, and scalable processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting through automation, self-service analytics, and more efficient financial processes.
- Help develop and enhance executive reporting, dashboards, and other tools that improve business decision-making.
- Support board materials, leadership presentations, strategic planning initiatives, and other high-priority financial analyses.
- Collaborate with R&D, G&A, Operations, and other business functions to understand operational performance and its financial impact.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner by translating complex business questions into clear financial analysis and practical recommendations.
