Job Details

10 or more years leading studio operations, production traffic management, or project management in high-volume environments.
Demonstrated experience managing 15+ concurrent deliverables, including handling volume spikes of 30+.
Background operating within a social media content production environment.
Strong, hands-on experience with Airtable to maintain workflow systems, views, and fields.
Experience with Figma for reviewing and providing feedback on creative work.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere to understand cuts and task timing.
Experience with Frame.io and Lucid, or directly comparable creative review tools.
Proven experience tracking team bandwidth and coordinating with resource managers for flex talent.
Experience managing multidisciplinary creative talent, including direct and skip-level reports.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.

Lead end-to-end studio operations, acting as air traffic control for incoming creative production requests, daily priorities, and delivery timelines.
Maintain the team's Airtable-based workflow system for request intake, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with core production tools like Figma, Frame.io, and Lucid to manage review and delivery cycles.
Run cross-functional standups and operational check-ins to maintain accountability and resolve blockers.
Track real-time utilization for a multidisciplinary team to ensure capacity while preventing burnout.
Forecast staffing needs and partner with resource managers to source and onboard flex talent for volume spikes.
Identify and integrate generative AI tools to optimize repetitive production tasks.
