Requirements
- Significant experience leading global People Operations and delivering effective employee lifecycle services.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic business partnering within professional services or consulting.
- Deep understanding of People technology, data analytics, and the application of AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience managing People governance, employment compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Experience in organizations undergoing significant growth, change, or transformation, including audit and due diligence readiness.
- Commercially minded with the ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes like revenue, retention, and organizational cost.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People Operations operating model, ensuring services are structured, governed, and scalable to support business growth.
- Drive the adoption of AI, AI agents, and automation to streamline People services, reduce administrative complexity, and improve employee self-service.
- Manage global People data, technology infrastructure, and governance to support decision-making and maintain regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
- Act as a senior business partner to functional leaders in Sales, Solutions, and Strategy to address workforce planning, leadership capability, and performance.
- Oversee strategic People projects, ensuring successful implementation of policies, processes, and systems across the business.
- Ensure the People function is prepared for audits, investment, or acquisition through robust documentation and due diligence readiness.
