Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of progressive HR, consulting, transformation, project management, or organizational effectiveness experience.
- Have experience leading complex, cross-border projects in a multinational environment.
- Have experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or major organizational change initiatives.
- Have experience working across multiple European countries, legislations, and cultures.
- Be fluent in English and at least one additional European language; German is ideally preferred.
- Bring exceptional project and program management skills.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity with strategic thinking and execution discipline.
- Have analytical and problem-solving capabilities and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bring experience with HR technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Work effectively with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Europe Leader to execute the European People Strategy and plan regional HR initiatives.
- Coordinate the European HR Leadership Team, supporting alignment, governance, and follow-through on priorities.
- Coordinate with Global HR COEs and support deployment of global initiatives across Europe.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities requiring leadership attention, and propose mitigation plans.
- Prepare strategic reviews, presentations, and executive materials for leadership decision-making.
- Lead HR transformation projects and support organizational design, workforce planning, and right-sizing initiatives.
- Establish governance, project plans, milestones, and success measures for regional initiatives.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to support implementation and adoption.
- Lead and coordinate HR workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations across Europe.
- Coordinate HR due diligence and develop integration plans with business leaders, HR teams, and COEs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Project Manager supporting strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR effectiveness through process simplification, analytics, automation, and AI.
