- Experience building internal programs and process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools for daily recruiting process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work strategically with largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade recruiting workflows, system configurations, and strategies.
- Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes.
- Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Partner with customers to advise, educate, and facilitate changes based on recommendations.
- Engage in change management and evangelism.
- Conduct account and workflow audits with detailed recommendations.
