Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharma/Biopharma manufacturing (Biotech or Cell & Gene Therapy) or working with such clients.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Rockwell, Emerson Syncade, or Siemens OpsCenter.
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering demonstrations and training for MES platforms.
- Strong understanding of GMP workflows, batch record design, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Experience integrating with production equipment, packaging, LIMS, ERP, or SCADA systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or Life Science field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and international client management.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site customer visits.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical consultant on client projects from process analysis through configuration, deployment, and hypercare.
- Design, configure, and test digital workflows using the MBR Designer.
- Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and workshops for prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with client QA, Production, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of MES consultants, ensuring performance accountability and professional development.
- Analyze and improve platform efficiency by providing feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Support sales strategy by developing RFx responses and technical assessments.
