Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience; management consulting experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to win and deliver consulting engagements exceeding $1M.
- Have deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
- Have extensive experience managing multiple project teams.
- Have experience managing senior-level customer relationships.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a plus.
- Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining accountability across multiple teams.
- Own Business Development for the Quality Practice and architect and win key deals exceeding $1M.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams and oversee their professional growth and delivery standards.
- Develop and champion thought leadership in Quality.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders and use Veeva data and software to address their challenges.
