Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
- Have 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Bring strong project management skills and the ability to follow methodologies.
- Have consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations.
- Have experience managing more than 20 implementations or projects at a time.
- Build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and day-to-day software users.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and German.
- Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience is preferred.
- Change management delivery experience is an advantage.
- Experience using AI or automation in Customer Success workflows to improve productivity is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer deployments of Samsara technology and help customers achieve quick time to value.
- Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business processes.
- Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training.
- Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users.
- Work through obstacles with customers across numerous use cases.
- Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
