Requirements
- Bring 8–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, application support, platform operations, or similar enterprise technology environments.
- Have deep expertise in Atlassian Cloud and a strong understanding of the broader Atlassian ecosystem, its architecture, and best practices.
- Be able to assess client environments and recommend improvements to performance, governance, adoption, and scalability.
- Design scalable and sustainable solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Keep up with developments in the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly Atlassian Analytics, AI, automation, and Cloud innovation.
- Turn new capabilities and ideas into practical client solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives independently and engage with technical and business stakeholders.
- Share expertise and influence technical direction across the team.
- Be fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior technical expert for complex enterprise Atlassian Cloud environments.
- Identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve platform stability, scalability, and adoption.
- Provide hands-on support for complex client needs and drive sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Help define the technical direction and standards of the Managed Services practice.
- Identify Atlassian Cloud capabilities and turn them into repeatable client services.
- Develop scalable offerings such as health checks, optimization services, and advanced analytics.
- Explore how Atlassian Analytics, AI, and automation can improve client experience and service delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Transformation Consulting on strategic client engagements and transformation programs.
- Mentor the Managed Services team and promote a proactive, consultative mindset.
