Requirements
- Hold a master’s or PhD degree with an excellent final grade, or be nearing completion of the degree.
- Have a combined understanding of business and technology.
- For Consultant roles, practical experience in an insurance company, a bank, or a consultancy firm is preferred.
- For Senior Consultant roles, have several years of professional experience in an insurance company, a bank, or a consultancy firm.
- Have strong communication skills in both English and German.
- Have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Support projects at insurance companies and banks following a tailored onboarding phase.
- Design customized solutions for clients.
- Conduct detailed analysis and implement customized client solutions.
- Take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in AI, platform, or transformation projects.
- Contribute to internal projects and participate in recruiting.
- Advise clients on strategic and operational tasks.
- Develop technical concepts and implementation plans.
- Deliver expert content in the relevant domain within projects.
- Lead project teams.
