Requirements
- 2+ years as a full-time corporate sales B2B in human resources agency or staffing experience.
- Outbound prospecting sales experience required (Cold calling experience and the capacity to handle high daily call volumes).
- Working knowledge of CRM (Zoho) is a must.
- A basic understanding of two-sided marketplaces and recruitment products.
- A positive can-do, will-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities by researching and identifying good prospects.
- Promote Elharefa services and solutions via outbound calls and emails.
- Improve sales efforts based on experiences dealing with prospects and feedback.
- Maintain and manage an active pipeline.
- Achieve target quotes.
