Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience (or 25 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
- Strong technical and business understanding of agile development.
- Experience with Product Line Management preferred.
- Understanding of security related policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Understanding of cloud environments (MS Azure, AWS) and system migration experience.
- Ability to learn project management tools and apply agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Awareness of VA governance models, IT Infrastructure frameworks, and technical reference models.
- Familiarity with government compliance regulations such as NIST, FISMA, and 508 compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret technical requirements and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of a fast-pacing project serving as direct interface with the client, managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budget in accordance with Federal, VA standards and guidelines.
- Ensure quality customer service, provide guidance on technical solutions, and maintain a good working relationship with all customer staff.
- Prepare for and conduct meetings, presentations and briefings related to all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Manage complex project-related issues and implementation of solutions including architecture, design, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide applications business and systems analysis and support systems lifecycle management.
- Participate in PI Planning activities to ensure product and business owner requirements are met.
- Serve as liaison to business and technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
