Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, implementation, or customer-facing operations leadership.
- Experience in fintech, HR technology, payroll, or a related environment.
- Proven experience designing customer-facing processes, operational workflows, and playbooks.
- People management experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a small team.
- Ability to explain payroll concepts and mechanics clearly to non-experts.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with payroll, benefits, or embedded financial products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve onboarding playbooks, support triage processes, and escalation paths.
- Build documentation and Help Center foundations to enable efficient implementation and support.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics like time-to-launch, support volume, and CSAT.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for complex, escalated, or strategic partner relationships.
- Manage and coach the Implementation Account Manager and Payroll Specialist.
- Manage the relationship with the payroll infrastructure provider.
- Translate customer pain points and operational insights into feedback for Product and Engineering.
