Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive Product Management experience with increasing levels of ownership and responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Proven ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, experimentation, and customer insights.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and business functions.
- Strong experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product strategies and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to remain hands-on and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for medication experience and pharmacy solutions.
- Identify member, business, and operational opportunities through customer research, analytics, voice-of-customer insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Lead product discovery initiatives to validate customer problems, opportunities, and potential solutions before development.
- Develop business cases and recommendations that connect product investments to measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Own product delivery end-to-end, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release planning.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver effective digital experiences.
- Establish and manage KPIs, OKRs, success metrics, and experimentation strategies to evaluate product performance.
- Monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvements based on evidence and measurable results.
