Job Details

Proven experience scaling live products with measurable improvements in quality and usage.
Strong zero-to-one product development experience in environments without existing documentation or processes.
Demonstrable AI-native workflow and experience using AI to accelerate prototyping and analysis.
Experience building products focused on engagement and retention metrics.
Ability to defend product strategy and opinions under pressure.
Demonstrated capability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics and translate data into product decisions.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with modern PM tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Figma, Framer, and SQL.
Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
Background in EdTech, learning platforms, or consumer education products is preferred.

Own the core learner platform experience across all user segments including students, alumni, and working engineers.
Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized product roadmap.
Leverage AI to compress development cycles and improve the speed and quality of deliverables.
Manage AI-assisted learning experiences end-to-end, including AI Tutor and AI Grader features.
Determine the optimal balance between AI-driven efficiency and human-led interaction.
Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering teams to power live and asynchronous delivery.
Define and measure key metrics for learning rate, retention, and engagement through data-backed experiments.
