Requirements
- Proven experience forming and managing high-level, multi-stakeholder partnerships in the technology or media industry.
- Existing network and strong connections across the media and technology ecosystem, particularly AI, social, media, and EdTech.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong product and technical fluency to align with P&T product roadmaps and partner requirements.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset to uncover insights from market conditions and partners.
- Experience in program and project management, including workflow management, CRM tools, and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and operate in a complex, consensus-driven, cross-cultural environment.
- Available for synchronous collaboration between 15:00 and 20:00 UTC.
- Passion for the mission and values of the Wikimedia movement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partnerships with existing and new technology platform partners.
- Define and execute on a portfolio of non-commercial value exchange partnerships that advance P&T strategic goals.
- Assist in designing and securing pilots with high-priority Wikimedia content reusers to drive attribution visibility.
- Coordinate across departments to build and maintain an up-to-date partner and opportunity pipeline.
- Manage partnership processes and artifacts, including drafting LOI/MOUs and CRM management.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences and events to monitor industry trends.
- Implement partnership strategies including creating pitch decks and managing communications.
